What is the return policy?

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect. Contact us if something is not right with your order.
Are any purchases final sale?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?

Most orders are packed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Preorders and special releases follow the timeline on the product page. Tracking is emailed when your order ships; delivery time varies by destination.
Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?

The three-disc set includes free standard U.S. shipping. Clic starter-kit preorders placed through September 30, 2026 also include free standard U.S. shipping. Shipping for other items is calculated at checkout.
